All goods remain the property of Glitter Magic until paid for in full.
Under the Distance selling regulations for the UK, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery.
Unless faulty the goods must be unused and in a saleable condition.
To make a return please contact us to obtain a returns number so we can track your returned items. Please include a copy of your invoice and a daytime telephone number.
We will only refund postage on damaged or faulty goods and will not reimburse any return postage.
You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us.
Please make sure you have proof of postage, as in the event of a lost package you will be responsible for claims against the Royal Mail.
Royal Mail compensation is limited to £26 sterling; therefore if the goods you are returning have a greater value you may wish to consider using a recorded delivery service.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
