Return / Refund Policy

  • Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.
  • All goods remain the property of Glitter Magic until paid for in full.
  • Under the Distance selling regulations for the UK, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery.
  • Unless faulty the goods must be unused and in a saleable condition.
  • To make a return please contact us to obtain a returns number so we can track your returned items. Please include a copy of your invoice and a daytime telephone number.
  • We will only refund postage on damaged or faulty goods and will not reimburse any return postage.
  • You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us.
  • Please make sure you have proof of postage, as in the event of a lost package you will be responsible for claims against the Royal Mail.
  • Royal Mail compensation is limited to £26 sterling; therefore if the goods you are returning have a greater value you may wish to consider using a recorded delivery service.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
